This Memorial Day weekend, bring the whole family for a Hero Workout of the Day (WOD), honoring fallen Special Operations Army Aviator, CW3 Steve Dwyer. All proceeds support the DWYERFIRE GOLDSTAR Foundation. Kids are welcome to participate in the DWYERFIRE KIDS WOD!
