Vince Warrick has over thirty years of private equity experience as a Managing Director while working for two major U.S. private equity firms. His extensive corporate board experience includes executing transactions and divestitures valued at over $1 billion. Additionally, Vince was appointed by the White House to serve as an Associate Administrator for the General Services Administration (GSA) where he led the Office of Performance Improvement and served as the Acting Chief Acquisition Officer.

Prior to entering private industry, Vince spent over twelve years as a commissioned officer in the U.S.
Army. Vince is a 1980 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, and received his master’s in public administration from Cornell University.
